What it is, in one paragraph
Decision Planner is a SharePoint Framework web part for capturing, signing off, locking, revisiting, and reporting on the decisions an organisation makes. Capture happens through a single form with built-in templates. Sign-off is a deliberate, audited action. Revisit lands on the calendar at capture time, not as an aspiration. The same register reads five ways (List, Timeline, Matrix, Heatmap, Lineage), and the Quality Dashboard turns outcomes you actually recorded into a moving success rate.
The product runs on four Microsoft 365 surfaces: SharePoint pages, Microsoft Teams tabs, Outlook personal app, and the Microsoft 365 home pane. Standard customers add comments and @-mentions, plus admin-defined categories and templates. Enterprise customers extend the register with cross-site list selection for programme offices, Heatmap and Lineage views, and the Strategic Overview report.
