Troubleshooting checklist

Web part not appearing in the gallery?

  • Confirm Decision Planner is installed in your tenant’s App Catalog
  • Check the .sppkg was approved and deployed tenant-wide
  • If you added the app to a single site, you don’t need to re-add it per site once it’s tenant-wide

Sign-off button is greyed out?

  • The decision needs a title, a rationale, and at least one decision-maker before it can be signed off
  • The currently signed-in user must be one of the named decision-makers (or have site-collection-level admin rights)
  • If the record is already locked, sign-off is no longer available; supersede with a new decision instead

Licence validation error?

  • Ensure your SaaS subscription is active in the marketplace
  • Check the tenant ID matches the subscription
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we can help diagnose

Revisit Radar isn’t showing anything?

  • The Radar surfaces decisions with a revisit date in the past or within 30 days; if your register is new, no entries are due yet
  • Capture a few decisions with revisit dates set and the Radar will populate as the dates approach
  • Check that the revisit date field is populated on the decisions you expect to see
